British Design Supply was created to solve a problem we experienced ourselves. As small business owners, we found it difficult to locate reliable people to build websites, manage social media, source products or support our growth in a consistent and affordable way. Every solution felt uncertain, slow or unnecessarily expensive.
Instead of relying on random freelancers or agencies, we began assembling our own internal team of professionals. Over time, this team became exceptionally skilled across website design, product sourcing, hotel supply, social media content and corporate gifting. They supported the daily operations and growth of our brands, and we saw the strength of having dependable people we could truly trust.
We then realised that many other small businesses faced the same challenges we once did. So we decided to open our team to others.
